Awash Bank, one of Ethiopia's leading private banks, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Dire Dawa branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch banking operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 15+ banking staff
- Drive branch sales targets and customer acquisition goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key business clients
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Requirements:
- BA in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum 5 years banking experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
